RULER CE520
Antioxidants (AO) are important additives in modern oil formulations, particularly in applications where high temperatures and high flow rates can be encountered such as in gas turbines. The RULER quickly determines the remaining active AO value of a lubricant letting the maintenance planners know how good the oil is and its remaining useful life expressed as %RUL.
- easy to use and was designed with maintenance trades staff in mind;
- delivers results in under 1 minute;
- provides meaningful results as % of Remaining Useful Life (%RUL) when compared to new oil;
- is ideal for checking in-service lubricants in hard to get locations such as wind turbines.
ESP 136 - Varnish Mitigation System
The final chapter in lubricant and hydraulic fluid varnish mitigation.
Electrophysical Separation Process™ uses a unique patent pending process to eliminate soluble oil degradation products - the most common cause of system deposits.
This proprietary technology is engineered to remove these sludge and varnish-causing contaminants without disturbing the fluid's additive system. [Read more...]
iLAB MPC - Potential Varnish Measurement.
Predicting the potential to produce varnish in an in-service turbine oil will save money and time.
The colour of the 0.45 micron membrane patch (MPC) can be readily determined with the iLAB spectrometer. Readings of 30 or less are satisfactory with readings above this amount showing significant potential to form varnish and sludge deposits. [Read more...]
OSA3 MICROLAB - Also called the 'lab in a box'. Designed for mining application.
- full oil analysis completed in 10 minutes including metals;
- accuracy comparable to traditional analysis;
- designed for easy use by trades staff;
- results downloadable in csv format to other maintenance programs or off-site diagnostics;
- system flushed after each analysis with high flash-point solvent and checked for cleanliness.
FUEL SNIFFER
Fuel dilution is caused by a faulty or inefficient fuel injection system, loss of compression due to glazing, worn cylinder sleeves and rings or excessive idling, incorrect fuel/airation to name a few. The Fuel Sniffer is based on the latest vapour detection sensors and can determine fuel dilution values at least to 1.0%, whether raw fuel or partially combusted fuel.
- easy to use;
- uses normal sample bottles for testing;
- requires no consumables for operation apart from power;
- provides direct read-out of results.

HIAC PODS - Portable Oil Diagnostic System
The PODS provides a real-time assessment of oil under operating conditions, analysing fluids and lubricants in online or bottle sampling modes to determine the machine's operating condition immediately. Features include a rugged carrying case for durability and the convenience of portability.
PODS can report sizing in a variety of formats including ISO 4406 and SAE AS 4059 (which superseded NAS 1638) and fully supports the ISO 11171 standard.

PAMAS S40
A portable particle counter for oil based liquids, predominantly used for hydraulic systems.
Features an intuitive touch screen interface, built in battery with up to 2 hours operation and data storage. Applications include online measurements at pressure-less systems or offline(batch sampling).
