Fluidcheck specialises in providing oil condition monitoring equipment to its customers for their on-site requirements. Fluidcheck works closely with its associated company Oilcheck Pty Ltd, a well regarded independent and Australian-owned oil analysis laboratory.

The future of oil analysis as a tool for Condition Based Monitoring will ultimately result in larger sites operating their own data collection through on-site testing equipment. Fluidcheck is the exclusive licensee for a number of such on-site testing equipment including the FTIR, RULER, Particle counting, Membrane Patch Colour (MPC), Fuel Sniffer and the OSA Micro-lab 3 which includes Viscometry, Infra-red analysis and Metal analyser. All are available and are suitable for easy use by service technicians - not chemists.

Most items of on-site analysis equipment take less than 2 minutes for analysis. Screening oil samples on-site saves money by optimising reliability and productivity. If an abnormality is encountered samples can be sent to a fully equipped oil analysis laboratory for further investigation.

Recently Fluidcheck obtained the exclusive rights to sell the OSA MICRO-LAB which will analyse oils for Viscosity, ISO Partcile Size, Metals, Moisture , TBN, Soot, oxidation and nitration and the report is ready in 10 minutes.
